What is LaserBlast?
LaserBlast is an infrared laser tag set: blasters plus a projector game unit. It is played with infrared, so there are no projectiles.
How do I start a game?
Switch the projector on with the power switch underneath its base. Use the mode button to choose L1 or L2, then press start. Hold start for 2 seconds to select an L1 level.
What game modes are there?
Level Challenge (L1) has 10 levels of increasing difficulty. Competition (L2) is about reaching the highest score. The display shows your current level or your score.
What can the blasters do?
Each blaster has buttons for power on and off, team select, fire mode and virtual reload, plus a trigger and a display. Press the fire mode button to switch between four weapon modes: pistol, machine gun, laser gun and plasma gun.
Can I change the characters the projector shows?
Yes. The projector uses interchangeable projection cards with four themes: shark, duck, dinosaur and robot. Insert a different card to change the characters, and twist the front lens left or right to focus the image.
